JOURNÉES DU PATRIMOINE 2015 : VOYAGE EN TERRE DU ROQUEFORT SOCIÉTÉ®
Ce week-end on prend le large direction l’Aveyron et l’un de ses plus précieux trésor régional : les caves de Roquefort (et pas n’importe lesquelles…) celles de Société, la marque emblématique, à laquelle nous pensons forcément tous lorsqu’il s’agit de Roquefort !
A l’occasion des Journées Européennes du Patrimoine, Roquefort Société® offre une visite exceptionnelle aux amateurs de ce fromage de caractère : ils pourront découvrir Les Caves Baragnaudes, dans lequel est affiné le Roquefort Société® du même nom et apprécier le savoir-faire unique pour la rénovation de ce patrimoine de Caves plus que centenaires. Et la Grande Visite des Caves Société®, habituellement ouverte au public sera gratuite et suivie d’une dégustation gourmande de Roquefort avec des associations surprenantes, pour vous faire découvrir ou redécouvrir ce fromage emblématique de la gastronomie française.
Le petit plus : les visiteurs ne quitteront pas les caves sans avoir dégusté les 3 Roqueforts phares de la marque avec des accompagnements originaux, pour le plaisir du palais. S’ils le souhaitent, après la visite, ils pourront aussi partager un repas traditionnel aveyronnais dans le restaurant « La Cave des saveurs », tenu par le Chef Société Serge Serrano.

EUROPEAN ERITAGE DAYS 2015 : TRIP TO THE ROQUEFORT LAND
This weekend we hit the road to the Aveyron and one of its most valuable regional treasure: the Roquefort caves (and not just any…) those of Société®, the iconic brand, which we all think necessarily of when its about Roquefort.
On the occasion of European Heritage Days, Roquefort Société® offers an exceptional visit for fans of this character cheese: they will discover Baragnaudes Caves, where Roquefort cheese is matured, and enjoy the unique know-how for the renovation of the heritage Caves more than a century old. And the big Société® Caves visit, usually open to the public is free of charge all the weekend. It will also be followed by a gourmet tasting of Roquefort with surprising associations, to make you discover or rediscover this iconic cheese of French gastronomy.
Another plus: visitors will not leave without tasting the 3 different matured cheeses in the flagship of the brand with original accompaniments, for the pleasure of the palate. If they wish, after the visit, they will also share a traditional Aveyron meal in the restaurant « La Cave des Saveurs », held by the chef Serge Serrano.
