On a testé GreenHouse, la nouvelle maison de Kristin Frederik. La Californienne, pionnière de la street food parisienne, travaillait depuis plusieurs mois sur l’ouverture de son nouveau restaurant & bar à vins naturels.
Elle marque un tournant dans sa carrière et nous accueille pour déjeuner, sur place ou à emporter . On y retourne le soir pour prendre son temps au milieu du potager, à l’écart de la circulation bruyante de Ménilmontant. Kristin orchestre ses plats autour de produits bio et de saison accompagnée en cuisine de son chef Pablo. Le soir, c’est elle-même qui vous sert et vous propose des vins naturels triés sur le volet et souvent renouvelés.
Adresse vivement recommandée par la rédaction, ambiance bucolique et cool comme on les aime ! Des adresses qui font changer Paris.

We’ve tested GreenHouse, the new repaire by Kristin Frederik. The Californienne, pioneer of street food in Paris, had been working for several months on the opening of her new restaurant & natural wine bar.
It marks a turning point in his career and welcomes us for lunch, for here or to take away. We go there in the evening to take our time in the middle of the vegetable garden, away from the noisy traffic of Menilmontant. Kristin orchestrates his dishes around organic and seasonal products accompanied in the kitchen by his chef Pablo. In the evening, she serves you herself and offers you natural wines sorted on the shutter and often renewed.
This is a highly recommended place by the editorial team, bucolic and cool as we like them! Kind of addresses that changes Paris.
Open 7 days a week
From Monday to Saturday from 12 to 2:30pm and from 7pm to 11pm. Sunday from 12 to 3pm and from 7pm to 10pm. No reservation
